Athletes – Info, Criteria & Registration

BMWC National Training Centre Practices

BMWC National Training Centre practices (NTC) are conducted year-round in the Simon Fraser University wrestling room. In these practices, the top Canadian senior, post-secondary, and secondary school wrestlers work together to improve each other and collectively build the present and future Canadian wrestling champions. Practice volume and focus fluctuate based on individual athletes, age class, and the BMWC Yearly Training Plan (YTP).
